We are located in Melbourne Victoria with most of the range being warehoused in Sydney.
As our products are warehoused at a logistics company and not a retail store, we do not have the option of provinding a Collect Service. To keep our overheads down, we use a logistics company to warehouse and ship the goods for us.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours from payment. Freight times depends on where you are located.
Our freight charge for Retail Orders is $24.00 to most places in Australia due to all items being rather bulky. For remote areas , we reserve the right to change freight prices once confirmed by the freight company. This will be approved with the customer prior to dispatch.
Absolutey we can ship overseas! All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect nor do we calculate the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout. Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Moastal. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Unfortunately... no. All orders must be placed via our website so that we can track the process of each order.
As a respected and law abiding business, yes we do permit return and exchanges.
Items must be returned for us to assess within 5 days of the customer having received the item.

Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unused Merchandise must have all tags, including any packaging. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned. Restocking fee of $10 Freight paid to deliver the order is not refundable. Freight to return items or exchanges is payable by the customer . Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 5 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If returns do not comply to above conditions listed, we have the right to refuse the return. Any additional freight, customs, duties, taxes etc are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly.

Store Credit

Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.moastal.com.au Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method. Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in the currency of original purchase. Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our T&C
